Baking has been a passion of mine since I was a young girl. I have always had a dream of opening my own dessert bakery and I am so happy my dream has become a reality! I started my business out of my home eight years ago while working a full-time corporate job.

In 2013, I lost my oldest daughter, Ashley, unexpectedly.  I quickly realized that life is too short not to follow your dreams. The name AshJenn comes from my two daughters names (Ashley "Ash" & Jennifer "Jenn").

I am excited to call Lakeside the home of my bakery! I love the community feel and that people can walk to my bakery and grab a sweet treat and a cup of coffee. I am eager to get to know my customers by name and for them to enjoy the beautiful environment we have created!
